If this is for your child

We purchased this thinking we can have our son use this as you would an e-bike and are not able to. We can only use this on private property. CHECK your city rules out prior. EBike has to have pedals. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Good bike/company

The bike arrived much sooner than expected. It was relatively easy to put together. After a month we did need to contact customer service and they were very helpful to resolve our issue. Great bike for a 12-14 year old.

Good value for introducing new riders to the sport

It looks great and although not exactly plush, the suspension is functional. The bike is not scary fast and is fine for young riders, especially in eco mode. So far I've put about ten miles on it and am impressed with how smooth and quiet it is. Although the brakes feel wooden, they offer plenty of stopping power. While none of the components are particularly impressive, nothing seems like garbage either. So far, I would buy again.
